You agree not to use Tari1 to violate laws, create fraudulent invoices, transmit malware, or scrape the platform.

6. Tax and compliance

Tari1 provides helpful data compilation tools. This does not constitute tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Consult a tax professional before filing. We are not liable for tax penalties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tari1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) ₦10,000.

In no event shall Tari1 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
